A Filipino classic dish. Chicken cooked with our special mix of garlic, soy sauce and spices (Adobo Style), pictured with optional hard boiled eggs boiled in Adobo sauce.
Filipino stir fried rice noodles mixed with egg noodles (bihon and canton) with either pork or chicken with vegetables.
Chicken cooked with coconut milk, potatoes and carrots.
Some may call this "Chocolate Meat" due to the dark brown color of the soup, however there is no actual chocolate. Our version of Dinuguan is pork meat cooked in beef's blood. This is often combined with the dessert, Puto.
